Alejandra Servin learned to cook when she was seven in her grandmother’s kitchen; it was there where she submerged herself in the flavors and scents of Mexican spices. The chef is specialized in conscious eating and Raw Food, and it’s with that philosophy in mind that she created Cobre Macizo. This is an experimental Mexican Fusion restaurant that highlights the Oaxacan tradition and uses organic and local ingredients. Make sure to pair up your tlayuda with an artisanal beer!
